Before contacting us, gather together the materials you want transferred. Labeling and organizing your materials helps us process your order faster and saves confusion with chapter titles on the final DVDs.

Give us a call or email us so that we can set up a time to discuss your order. This gives us the opportunity to show you samples, review pricing, and determine the amount of personalization you are looking for.

Once we receive your materials, we will process your order in a timely manner and keep you in the loop with order status updates.

Payment is expected upon order completion. If you are not satisfied with the finished product, we are more than happy to work with you until you are!
